Are children allowed in the spa area?
Yes, children under adult supervision are welcome in the 33°C heated indoor pool area daily until 7:00 PM. The Sauna World is strictly reserved for guests aged 18 and older to ensure a quiet and safe environment.
Are day passes available for non-hotel guests?
No. To guarantee a peaceful and uncrowded environment, our 600m² spa and wellness facilities are exclusively reserved for hotel and apartment guests. We do not sell day passes.
Is the Sauna World a textile-free zone?
Yes. In line with traditional Swiss spa customs, the Sauna World is a textile-free (clothing-optional) zone. Swimwear is required in the indoor pool, and proper athletic attire must be worn in the fitness center.
